Members of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, Boat Crew Qualified The course is designed as a comprehensive boating course, teaching the fundamentals of safe boating operation. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a nys boating Safety Certificate. This certificate fulfills the requirement to operate a personal water-CRAFT (JETSKI) in ny state.
